Again very little progress on WIPs as I am being snowed under with Round Robins. One Round Robin went on a mystery cruise for nearly 2 months between the US and Australia which caused a small hiccup in my schedule with some frantic stitching to get it turned around in 2 days. So for April / May I have stitched on 3 Round Robins and barely looked at my WIP of Christmas Elegance.
Well this has been a terrible month for stitching for a variety of reasons. So the little I did do is an achievment. The only work on an WIP was some beading on Christmas Elegance. A little was done on some RR pieces but not much really, certainly nothing to warrant a photo.
Well another month has passed and not much has been done on a stitching front. I have had a hectic month on a personal front so am happy with the amount of stitching that did get done.
I finished a small beaded ornament and the boxes for a Mirabilia Mermaid Round Robin due to start this month. I also started the beading for Christmas Elegance and started a new beaded ornament.
I have made more progress this month and actually finished TW Guardian. Big happy dance. Here he is in all his glory with a closeup of his sparkly body. I added in Kreinik blending filament to all areas of the Dragon's body.
This was the only WIP I worked on in the list. However I also started a new Mill Hill Ornament kit which I only work on when sitting around such at airports or for appointments.
TW Guardian at 280 hours last year and as it is now without a single stitch being done in over 4 months. I plan to focus on this on Monday's TWSAL and inbetween Round Robin commitments. I will upload starting shots for the other WIPs when I dig them out over the weekend.
Well the only progress so far is digging all WIPs out of storage and making a list of them. I'm sure there are probably more as the list seems rather short and I'll add them as I find them.
The list is in working order as I really want to finish off Guardian which has only needed the final bits of backstitching since last Easter.
